Tonia has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration and a Certificate IV in Government Investigations. These qualifications and her experience as an independent consultant have allowed her to developed significant experience across all types of investigations, including common law claims, liability and workplace investigations. She commenced her investigation career with the Department of Justice and Community Safety, undertaking investigations of misconduct, reviews of processes and operating models, for a number of areas, including prisons, community correctional services and Working With Children Check.
Tonia has over 20 years’ experience in the public sector, including managerial and human resource experience and is a subject matter expert in rules of evidence, report writing and interviewing skills.
Tonia’s operational, managerial and investigation experience have consolidated her ability to understand and assess any workplace and the background circumstances relevant to staff conduct and workplace discourse.
